It's been around 3 weeks since I ordered broadband with Virgin Media and I still haven't received the installation package, and a installation technician is due to call in a few days.
Tried many times to get through to customer support through the phone but my calls are constantly getting disconnected.
Is there anyone that can help me get an update on the installation package please?

Does this imply that if waiting for a Engineer Visit to install everything, the hardware like hub and stream box are sent to you in advance? I thought the engineer bought them unless I've missed something here?
