Hey, I have ordered the broadband a few days ago and I only received the pre-contract email but not the confirmation email yet after I placed my order. Could someone please advise me on this issue as I have booked the technician to install the broadband at my flat in a few weeks and I wanted to be able to sign in to my account and track my order?

I'm very sorry to hear you haven't had any more information yet.
With regards to the online account, you would need to wait until the servcie is installed.

Thanks for coming back to us pathamon16, the technician will give you a call, when they're on their way to you. Would the technician be able to access your flat door directly or would they need to buzz you via an intercom?

Do bear in mind that Virginmedia installation dates are not guaranteed. If you have an existing broadband service, do not cancel it until VM is working.
