Hello, I recently set up a student contract for broadband and haven’t received a confirmation email yet with my account number. The only thing I have received is a text message and in the text message it says the contract is 18 months long instead of the 12 months we agreed to.
I would appreciate getting this sorted as soon as possible, thank you.
