Hi,
I ordered broadband last Tuesday with this Wednesday being my installation date. I was told you would be in touch to confirm the delivery date and also send over my contract, neither of which has happened.
I also need to change the delivery address as it has the correct building address but my flat number is not included - I can't find a contact number or email address anywhere, can anyone advise?
