I apologise if this has been asked before but through chat and customer service, I can not get any helpful response or signposting! I would be grateful for some help please!
We are ex VM customers and we have a VM chamber on the path directly outside our house. We have recently been approved for a disability facility grant due to my disabled husband needing access for a drop kerb and hardstanding.
Ourselves and Medway Council have had no response for the chamber to be looked at and for a quote for it to be lowered/moved so we can get hardstanding access. This has been delaying any movement forward for over 8 months and is extremely stressful and frustrating.
Where or who can I contact about this .. please!

Hey Collier2105, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.
Also, a warm welcome to the community.
Just to confirm are you looking to get remove the box outside from the property?
Can you attach a photo of what you mean so we get a full understanding?

Good Afternoon Matt
Thankyou for getting back to me. I was told by a VM call handler I was selfish because of other VM customers! I believe the chamber just needs to be lowered so we can accommodate the drop kerb and have a smooth surface.
It was recommended someone would come out and give us a quote but never heard anything. Have included pictures.
