The title kinda says it all, couldn't find help online with Virgin about this problem, I have received texts & emails saying to follow the instructions to return the item, but the box didn't come with return instructions.
I realise it has to be dropped off at a local click/ collect point which I know where our local one is, but I have no labels to attach to the Hub 4 box.
Anyone had this problem, is there a quick label print solution somewhere?

Awesome thank you so much for your help & time, found the section fast & easily from the given link, the keyword was 'recycle' the one thing I didn't search for in the help section.

The link for returning the hub I've just had replaced with the new one that's just come out doesn't work, I just get a blank screen. You would think info on returning it would have come with new one.
