HP Chromebook & Superhub 3 Connectivity Issue

I recently upgraded my broadband package and also got a Superhub router.

Every device we have works perfectly, except for an HP Chromebook.

The Chromebook is able to find and connect to the router, but when I try to access the web from the Chromebook it cannot access any sites.

I've tried the obvious things like turning the router & Chromebook off and on, and have even reset the Chromebook back to factory settings but still no joy.

Can anyone help, please?

Some devices don't like the way the hub broadcasts both 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi with the same network name.  Go in to the hub's settings, change the name of one or both signals, click on "apply changes" and see if that helps.  Note that all other devices will need to be connected to a renamed network, as they won't recognise it.

Thank you, this worked for me!

I renamed the signals (SSID), restarted the hub and all was well.

Thanks again
