Green light flashing on hub unable to connect sky mini
4 to 5 days now with green light on the hub flashing, I have rebooted all associated boxes several times but still flashing green. I am unable to connect sky mini box to my q box and noticed my smart meter has no connection

VM cannot detect faults on individual lines. If there are no area issues (see the link at the top of the page) you must contact Virgin & report it. You also will not be able to claim compensation for loss of service, as this will only commence from the time you report the issue, not the time the fault originally occurred.
