Green internet light

Hello, today I called virgin media support to tell them I'm moving. I've done everything and connected my old router hub 3 (the new address had already virgin media socket with cable, so no technician was needed) in my new house but internet is still not working.

When I turn my router on, green wifi icon is lit all the time, but after a while green internet icon is flashing and after 3 minutes is changing to red flashing icon. The red one stays for few seconds and then it switches to green again and it goes on forever.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

It sounds like you need to phone to get your hub activated at your new address 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number, and your new account number and area number
