Hi please help. Ive followed the instructions exactly as they are tried to test on the app but it won’t let me. Any ideas? On the hub 3 which I have there doesn’t appear to be a white little box with tv, broadband etc which it states in the instructions that’s what there is. Should I have this? I’m not very technical with things like this. I have a green flashing light and a green WiFi light that’s it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Please note it’s a brand new box and I’m a brand new customer.
Thanks for that I tried ringing but it was a different number and all the call centres were closed but I’ll try that thanks. Virgin did send a text saying they sent a signal ? So I assumed everything was ok. But I’ll try the number thanks.
