I have just moved into a flat that had a virgin media box already on the wall. I followed the quick set up instructions for hub 3. The WiFi light is green, there are 2 arrows flashing green and the base light is steady green.
Ive checked the cables look to be inserted into the hub and wall socket correctly.
Any suggestions on what the issue might be?

Could be that the hub has not been added to your account or the cable is disconnected at the street box. Here are 2 numbers that may help:
