Gone away form

Hi I ordered broadband to my new house last Thursday 11th August. The kit was due to be delivered today but I've just received a gone away form in an email? What does this mean? Does it apply to the previous occupants?

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you are having, I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help as gone away form generally means that previous occupants of a property have yet to disconnect their services.
