Gone away form received when setting up account

Hi team,

I signed up for virgin media broadband on Sunday and was supposed to have an engineer install tomorrow afternoon. I've just received an email saying 'gone away form received' etc.
From what I can tell this is due to a virgin media account already existing at the address, I should note we've just moved in and are part of a block of flats (A, B, C, D, E) which could confuse the system. Can I get confirmation of if an engineer will arrive tomorrow and how to get around this gone away form issue?
