Hi,

I placed an order last Monday for broadband and the self installation kit was due to be delivered last Friday. It didn’t get delivered and I hadn’t heard from anyone.

Have since found out I have to do a goneaway form which has now been processed. How long is this process going to take until I get my router delivered as I’m currently in a new property with no Wi-Fi and could really do with having the Wi-Fi asap as I work remotely!
