Gone Away Form email

Hi Team,

I placed an order due for Tuesday the 21st ref - CH2022252842

I just received a gone away form. I presume it will have been the previous occupant of my new property as he had virgin media as well.

Will this delay or cause problems with my order?

A Goneaway Form indicates that there is currently an existing service at your address and haven't notified us that they are moving from the address. In regards to your ongoing order, this can cause some delay with the installation as we will need to run checks on our end, based on the details you have provided in the form.
