Given Wrong Terminator Cap

Hi,

I think I have been given the wrong terminator cap.  It doesn't fit over the wall socket.  I have emailed Virgin, with pictures and they haven't replied.  It says on the instructions that this is very important and don't want to send the equipment back until this has been sorted.  I have had an email from them threatening to charge me in 9 days if it isn't returned though!

Terminator caps are screw on and to my knowledge there is only one type. By the way VM do not have an email address for faults/problems so I don’t know where you sent it.
