Hi,
i’ve ordered Virgin fibre for my new flat. I want to check on the status of the order as it has been a week now and no delivery.
However, it didn’t get an account so can’t get through to the call centre as they require an account number first.
Please can someone assist? How do i get in touch as I have another query regarding required set up cables.
