Hey,

I'm moving into a new home which currently has slow internet speeds, no fibre, only up to 6mbps.

I've searched around the area and spoken to neighbours, and it seems that houses very close to mine have Virgin Media cable fibre optic installed. Within 10m of the property.

So, I don't understand why my property has no installation.

Is there a way to find out why? And if so, is there a way to escalate and/or pay for an installation?
