Getting VM in a new build property - address not recognised

I am getting the keys to a new property this week but am struggling to look at the options for TV and broadband with VM as my address is not recognised.

Other properties in the street who have moved in come up but not ours.

Can someone help or direct me to a VM team that can?

Wishing you the best of luck when you move into your new property.

With it being a new build it may not have been added to the VM database yet.

Is it showing on the royal mail postcode checker?
