Get existing cable moved

Moved in to a new property and the VM cable enters the house via a first floor bedroom, I would like to have this re-routed and enter the house at the ground floor.  Could someone from VM please contact me to arrange, live chat/phones are a nightmare to get hold of anyone that can help!

We can most certainly arrange for an engineer to come out and relocate your existing cabling but for this type of work, there is a non fault call out charge of £25.
