sorry but I could not find a better forum to post this in.
I have recently cancelled my account as I have moved and my new address includes broadband within the rent along with all other bills.
I have just received an email with my final bill which is in credit. How do I get this money back? Do I need to contact anyone or will it be paid into the bank account that was used for direct debits. Virgin Media are aware of my new address.
Thankyou for any advice.

Hi Chris63,
Hope you are settling into your new property.
Any credits on your account after the disconnection of your services you will be sent via a cheque refund 40 to 45 days after disconnection.

Hi @Chris63
Welcome back to our Community Help Forum 🙂
Thank you for making this post regarding your Final Bill in Credit. Just to confirm what @newapollo advised, we will send a cheque to you for any refunds owed following your final bill. It can take 35 days to process from the final bill date, then a further 14 days to receive 🙂
Kind regards,
Serena
