Final Bill in Credit

Chris63
Tuning in

sorry but I could not find a better forum to post this in.

I have recently cancelled my account as I have moved and my new address includes broadband within the rent along with all other bills.

I have just received an email with my final bill which is in credit.  How do I get this money back?  Do I need to contact anyone or will it be paid into the bank account that was used for direct debits.  Virgin Media are aware of my new address.

Thankyou for any advice.
