Fibre installtion on private driveway

I just moved to a new house which is down a private driveway and there are 4 properties here. The houses on the main road have just had Virgin Media Fibre installed, but because of our driveway, we haven't. Could someone from the VM team be able to help me find out what I need to do to get fibre installed in my house and potentially the other 3?

You would need to get signed wayleave from all the parties who live on the private road.

Is this something you would be able to do?

Shouldn't be a problem at all. From what I'm aware, the existing BT cables are run through pipes / ducting to reach the properties, so in theory, nothing need digging up.

I don't think we'd be able to touch BT's infrastructure unfortunately. 

I'll pop over a private message to take some details though and we can look into this in more details.
