I've had a look and fault ref F003050088 for utilisation, this is currently with the planning team so there is not a lot of information I can give you on this currently. I understand that this must be frustrating as I can see you have waited a little while for an update. Unfortunately due to the complex nature of the fault they can some times take a little while to resolved.
We should have more news on this after 05/11/2014. Please give this thread a bump after this time and we'll be able to get an update for you.
Fault ref: F003050088 is still showing mid-March as the review date for the upgrade work. So nothing has changed just yet. However it all depends on how the pre-upgrade work is proressing - if not complete by next month the target fix date will be shifted.
I'd recommend that you request further updates in about a week or two and we'll let you know if there's any new news on this.
