Failure to deliver QuickStart kit

I was due to have my QuickStart kit delivered to a Collect+ store on Turesday but it was unable to be delivered and returned to sneder (after ringing them up and being told that it would be redirected to another store.) I just got off the phone with VM who have basically told me to ring Collect+ and sort it out with them. I don't know what to do.

Ring Collect + as instructed I guess.
