External work not done yet

Third party contractors tuned up last friday(a week ago) to do external work. However as my farther works for a call centre from home, I said they would have to come back at a later date. I ahve now sorted that issue but they have not come back to do the said work. I have called the pre-install hotline and just got an indian call centre reading from a script and telling me that its still scheduled. Can anyone help me try and find out if they are still coming? I am an Autsits adult and it is stressing me out to no end. Is it worth raiding it as a complaint? or would it just get ingnored as well?

Still have not had contrators out to do pre-install? id ther anyway to get in touch with them directly as I am clsoe to just canceling and going with another company

Delays due to outside work not being done are very common. If you read down this forum you will learn a lot about what can happen. Some people have had to wait weeks or months

You should be entitled to compensation for the delays, but you may have to fight for it.

The record delay so far is over a year.
