I am sorry to see that your omnibox cover is damaged.
As the cover is still on we would not normally send someone out, I can see that it is slightly chipped at the top, is this currently causing issues with your service?

Unfortunately VM do not allow DIY repairs. They will send out a technician, you do not have to be in and it’s a free repair.
