I have a large green cable fully exposed in my garden and a brown cable box attached to my property ive purchased which needs removing. My builder cannot continue with the drive. I have no intention of using virgin media. How do I go about getting this removed? Such a hazard leaving it as it is. Time is money and work will halt because of this. Thanks

EDIT goslow is not so slow today 😂
This is a tricky one for which VM doesn't seem to have any published policy. They do seem to do this if it is an actual H&S issue though.
You could actually just rip it all out and skip it - often recommended on here - but it may make you very unpopular with your neighbours if you disturb their connection in doing that.
I would give them a reasonable time (your call!) to do this properly before you take action.
A VM person should respond on here soon

Please allow me to send you a PM to look into this further, as I'll need to take some details from you which I can pass on to our Area Field Managers to make a call here on what we can do for you.
Kindly expect this to arrive shortly and respond directly when you can!
Many thanks
