External connection box issues

Virgin box to external wall from street damaged by engineer 2017 2018 and only noticed 2021 during garden upgrade as cables have been poly bagged and stuffed behind storage box. 

Internet dropping costs high speeds low M200 £45 pm for an existing customer

Please post photos to allow VM to assess.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange a fix.
