External cables not fitted

Hi, I am a new customer with VM but when the engineers came to connect the cables to my home they stated there was a blockage from the box to the house so had to log it, it's now been over 4 weeks and I'm still having to "piggyback" as they put it from my neighbours internet, who do I contact regarding this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

Apologies for the delays regarding this matter, with blockages we'll require further approval from local council to see whether we can get this removed or run the cables elsehwhere, did the team advise of what the blockage is?

Hi Kain,

No, didn't advise anything other than they couldn't get the cable right to the house and needed to refer it back to Virgin. I've since contacted the technical team and was told the job had been closed because they thought it had been completed so have booked it in again now for 17th October so fingers crossed it will get sorted then. Thanks for the reply though, much appreciated.
