I have been waiting for the external cable re-pull since the last week of March and virgin media don't bother to work on it. It's already June now and still not fixed. I don't think it should take that long and when I ask to cancel my contract they are saying I will have to pay an early termination fee but the website says if it is a total loss of service for more than 2 days I can decide to go( Hello its already 2 months now). The engineers keep rescheduling the dates without any explanation. If I call customer services they say engineers are definitely coming on that day as they are tracking them ( God knows what they are tracking ) and at the end of the day no one turns up.
