External box seen better days

Hi, I've just moved home and the exterior box (brown, rectangular) is missing its cover. The broadband is set up and working but I'm not sure for how long considering everything is exposed.

What's the best way to get this sorted please?

A VM person will get it sorted for you when they get here in a day or two

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for confirming your details via private message @KeithSaxon.

I have arranged for the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
