External internet cable box for 2a Whitchurch Place, CF24 4HD.
Don't know how else to report this problem so posting here. We've had very patchy wifi.
(Other houses' exterior internet boxes also seem to be in a similar state).

Sorry to hear this has happened to your box, this does not look good at all.

At the top right hand corner, you should see a purple envelope, if you could just click on that, it will open your PM's 🙂
