Hi Travis,

 

The installation date got moved to the 28th by Virgin yesterday as I got a text that said the external work hadn't been done again and they rescheduled it to the 28th, which is why I can't really wait any longer and take the risk it gets rescheduled for an even later date.

I see, my apologies for the inconvenience @kerzo5 I can certainly understand your frustration - it seems as though they're having issues getting the external work sorted and it'd be a real shame to see you go so early. The team will keep you updated as the work progresses.
