Hello
I just need some help in getting the brown external cable junction box replaced for my connection and checked over too the box at my new property appears to have been damaged and the connections are exposed and i want to make sure it does not cause a problem by leaving it. If anyone can assist me i would appreciate it.

Can you please assist me in getting a replacement cover as well? It got blow away in the storm last week and I do not have any joy in contacting Virgin Media support.
