My external brown box on the side of the property has been removed by someone passing by (quite a few on my street have suffered the same fate). I tried calling in to the automated number a few weeks back but not heard back since. How can I get this fixed?

We are also experiencing the same thing. I called the automated line a couple of weeks ago but have not heard anything back. Would it be possible for us to get this replaced? Thank you!
