System was installed approx 2 months ago and is working fine, however, I have just noticed a problem with the outside box - it looks like it has come open - do I need an engineer, or can I put it back together myself?

By the looks of that the recent hot weather has caused it to buckle!
These covers aren't the most robust but are fine when not in direct sunlight. The installer should've really placed it in a more shielded location or a higher quality cover used if that's not possible.
