Does anyone know how i can acquire a longer push in broadband, TV cable? When I move my furniture around, I cannot move the box to certain locations as the cable from the wall socket isn't long enough. I need about an extra metre. TIA

You cannot alter any VM installed cables, it’s against their T&Cs. VM will supply a new cable, requires a technician’s visit, for £25.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150
