Hi there, we've had VM broadband for a number of years, however the installers didn't do a good job when installing the cable, digging a very shallow trench for the cable to lay and only just tarmacking over it. It has become exposed over the years and now needs sorting - see below!
Who do we contact in relation to this?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
