Exposed cable

Hi,

I am moving in to a new house and I have removed the hedge in my front garden as I will be building a wall.

There is a cable which is exposed that is running to my neighbours house through my garden.

This cable will need to be reburried/rerouted as I do not want to build a wall over this cable.

I am not a VM customer and this cable is currently a trip hazard.

Any staff member going to reply to me or not. I have builders starting works this week and if I don't hear anything I will just build right over the cables.
