Exposed Cables

I’m hoping to use this post as a way of contacting virgin for some assistance. It seems to have worked for others with similar issues...

i live in building with 3 virgin cable connections. All of the connections were done years back and due to the poor initial quality of the installation, the cables are now exposed in the garden and I’d like some help to resolve the situation before somebody’s connection fails...

HI Zak,

Yes, I’m a Virgin customer, one of the cables will be mine and I’m also an owner-occupier (the other customers are tenants) and would like to get the path sorted! Some of the cables under being pulled out the path by the tree which has grown since the cables were installed.

Thank you for coming back to me @Chris-C1 

 

The engineer will be able to re-burry the cables or alternatively will organise them so that they are out of the way and not causing any health and safety issue.
