Hello! First time poster here, so apologies for possibly daft question!
My attached neighbour recently had a new driveway built and the small front wall at the front of the property was removed so it opens onto the pavement.
On passing today, I noticed on the neighbours side that there is some exposed cable from near where the wall would have been, and it’s partly covered until a little of the green tubing can be seen getting closer to the house.
My question is, is this anything for me to be concerned about, or warn my neighbour about. there is no sign of anything changed from my side, but as our cables run side by side, I’m thinking maybe the exposed section I can see, is perhaps the start of my connection that gets split in 2 and buried.
