Just had my installation yesterday, excellent engineer but no feedback survey email as my email details were incorrectly taken over the phone. Can i get another email from medallia so i can correctly rate my engineer ref id 78616, who was excellent.
please use local telephone support as strong accents do make a big difference to foreign call centre employees
Nice to see positive comments as well as negative.
Unfortunately, as with most big concerns, cost savings outweigh everything else. Hence the closure recently of VMs Swansea call centre. And to be fair, you hear plenty of foreign accents (& mixed with UK regional ones as well) when your call goes within the UK.
