Hello
We have just joined Virgin and we like our laptops to be hard wired using ethernet, we have three laptops, one with an ethernet port which works fine, but the other two use an adapter - however this does not work, it worked with our previous provider so we are perplexed. I use one of these laptops for work so its important I get up and running asap. Can someone help please?

Can you provide the make and model of the adapters (I assume they are identical).
Also, what cable are you using to connect the adapters to the hub? Have swapped these with the working laptop?

Changing the hub from modem to router mode seemed to help. It now works Yay!
