Have you checked service status for your area to see if there is any area issues?
Also I would suggest turning the box off using the switch at the back, unplug the HDMI cable and leave the box off for a few min. When you switch it back on do not plug in the HDMI, leave your box on for about ~30min and plug the HDMI back in. See i this helps.
Alternatively if you are able to gain access to the Settings menu, you can perform a restart on the TiVo box there which sometimes can help.
