Engineering Nightmare

Wrong board but I can't find one for complaints. 

Can someone at Virgin Media please give me a contact name/department to call regarding a ridiculous ongoing saga that has involved no less than four surveys at my property so that Virgin can re-lay some cable they laid on top of a driveway and cemented down so it looked both lovely and presented a tripping hazard?

I have spent hours on the phone being passed from department to department. I have been told an area field manager will be in touch although customer service refused to provide me with any contact details so I fear this person does not exist! 

I am in Region 04 and frankly really annoyed. Thanks

Best bet is to wait for one of the VM staff to pick up your post, unfortunately this will not be for a few days yet.

By some miracle, workmen showed up today (no notice given) and laid all of the new cable. So I am now slightly less annoyed with Virgin Media.

Lets see how the rest of the install goes...
