Call 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or call 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.  Calling first thing in the morning seems to work best.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

The forum staff here can help book an engineer but you would need to describe why you want one and it can take them a few days to get to a thread.

If you describe your issue here then the community may be able to offer suggestions that do not require an engineer, but it depends on the issue.
