Hello all,
After upgrading to the Volt bundle I am still confused whether an engineer will be out to change my Hub 3 to a 4 ??
After numerous chats with virgin media on Whats app and on online, there is still an uncertainty.
The Website order tracker shows "We can carry out your upgrade remotely so no-one needs to visit your property" (see image), so no engineer.. one chat said yes one said no??
No self installer kit being sent.. Wish they just would, as I know come the 24th I will be left with nowt no doubt..

You don't need an engineer to swap out a HUB.
You'll just need to send the old one back.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry for any issues you've had with getting this sorted.
I have been able to locate on our side and would like to look into this to clear this up.
What I will do is private message you so we can go through this.
