Engineer not turned up

This is now the second time that Virgin Media have failed to turn up to install my broadband and absolutely no comms at all, they just didnt show up after i waited indoors for 6 hours.. It's now been 6 weeks of waiting

I'm absolutely disgusted by their lack of communication and i'm wondering if this is a common theme with other customers?

I have been waiting in since 4 for the engineer and he has not turned up. Its took weeks to get this appointment and still got no Internet. Can't ring them until tomorrow not happy 

I’ve been trying to speak to the preinstallation team and after being on hold for 35 minutes they hung up on me when i said i wanted to cancel my installation. 

 

i just want to get out of this contract and no one is willing to help. the customer services is appalling so going to leave a review on trustpilot. i don’t know how they’re getting away with this.
