Engineer for set up

Hi,

I am a new customer to virgin and arranged the delivery prior to moving into my new property so that I wouldn’t be without internet. I ordered the QuickStart pack as previous tenant thought all the necessary lines were present which they are not. I have called customer services multiple times and used the online chat over twenty times with no success. Anybody any advice for arranging an engineer?
