Hi,
Hoping for some help as soon as poss please!
We’ve had messages about, and can see in my app, an engineer appt for this Friday. Looks like it might be for a TV install (based on the icon) which we haven’t requested or signed up for.
Cant even cancel thru my online account as it says (paraphrased) “if you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel can’t do that here, please contact us”… and then the “contact us” link goes to “oh crikey we can’t find that page”!
I want to know how this was setup and by whom in terms of access to our account and to cancel it.
Anyone else experienced the same or any VM gurus out there that can help please?? Really worried now 😔
